Data Analyst - forecasting (Minneapolis, MN)

Bright Fox Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Minneapolis region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 472 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in customer estimates and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
