Data Analyst - forecasting (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Lantern Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 577 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
