Data Analyst - forecasting (Milwaukee, WI)

Foxglove Wilder Property Management manages apartment communities around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in resident events and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
