Data Analyst - forecasting (Milwaukee, WI)

Greenridge Kestrel Community Partners runs community programmes across Milwaukee. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in client intake and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
