Data Analyst - forecasting (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Fern Environmental Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in weigh tickets and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on service complaints. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
