Data Analyst - forecasting (Milwaukee, WI)

Silverline Bright Community Partners runs community programmes across Milwaukee, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in client intake and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on grant reporting. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
