Data Analyst - forecasting (Milwaukee, WI)

Redstone Sparrow Foods produces packaged foods at its Milwaukee plant, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Investigate trends in sanitation schedules and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on allergen controls. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
