Data Analyst - forecasting (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight Summit Staffing is a Milwaukee staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
