Data Analyst - forecasting (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Bright Sable Staffing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people based in Miami. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in timekeeping and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
