Data Analyst - forecasting (Miami, FL)

Amberfield Drift Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Miami, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people based in Miami. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on test reports. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
