Data Analyst - forecasting (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Quill Care Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 278 people based in Miami. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
