Data Analyst - forecasting (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Linden Care Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 911 people based in Miami. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
