Data Analyst - forecasting (Memphis, TN)

Amberfield Fern Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Memphis with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in fraud alerts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
