Data Analyst - forecasting (Madison, WI)

Stonegate Orchard Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Madison. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on care plans. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
