Data Analyst - forecasting (Madison, WI)

Highbridge Junction Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Madison, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in regulatory reports and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on account servicing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
