Data Analyst - forecasting (Louisville, KY)

Redstone Summit Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
