Data Analyst - forecasting (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Loom Water Authority and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in water quality and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on meter reading. • Python or R for analysis.
