Data Analyst - forecasting (Louisville, KY)

Amberfield Hollow Arts Center is an arts centre in Louisville with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in ticketing and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on visitor services. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
