Data Analyst - forecasting (Louisville, KY)

Summit River Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Louisville region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in project schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on change orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
