Data Analyst - forecasting (Louisville, KY)

Northwind Oak Banking Services is a regional lender in Louisville with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on fraud alerts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
