Data Analyst - forecasting (Louisville, KY)

Amberfield Clear Energy is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in meter readings and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on service connections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
