Data Analyst - forecasting (Louisville, KY)

Rivermark Lakeside Facilities looks after properties across the Louisville region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
