Data Analyst - forecasting (Louisville, KY)

Silverline Corner Community Partners is a Louisville charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in donor records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
