Data Analyst - forecasting (Little Rock, AR)

Ironwood Summit Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Little Rock. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in vendor spend and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer onboarding. • Python or R for analysis.
