Data Analyst - forecasting (Little Rock, AR)

Summit Loom Insurance Partners is an insurance company in Little Rock with claims and service teams, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in customer complaints and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on claims. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
