Data Analyst - forecasting (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Clear Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on care plans. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
