Data Analyst - forecasting (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Bright Thistle Property Management and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in vendor invoices and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
