Data Analyst - forecasting (Little Rock, AR)

Rivermark Loom Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Little Rock, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in licensing records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on classroom supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
