Data Analyst - forecasting (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Lakeside Environmental Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in collection routes and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
