Data Analyst - forecasting (Las Vegas, NV)

Bluepeak Cobalt Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Las Vegas, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on safety records. • Python or R for analysis.
