Data Analyst - forecasting (Las Vegas, NV)

Northwind Meadow Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Las Vegas, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on rent assistance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
