Data Analyst - forecasting (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Haven Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
