Data Analyst - forecasting (Las Vegas, NV)

Nova Summit Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in batch records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
