Data Analyst - forecasting (Knoxville, TN)

Bright Glen Foods produces packaged foods at its Knoxville plant. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 757 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Investigate trends in cold storage and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on sanitation schedules. • Python or R for analysis.
