Data Analyst - forecasting (Knoxville, TN)

Ironwood Summit Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Knoxville. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 389 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in student accounts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
