Data Analyst - forecasting (Knoxville, TN)

Clearpath Granite Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Knoxville region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in temp assignments and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
