Data Analyst - forecasting (Knoxville, TN)

Harborlight Sparrow Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in caregiver training and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on visit scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
