Data Analyst - forecasting (Knoxville, TN)

Redstone Wilder Learning Group is an education provider in Knoxville serving students and families, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in attendance records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
