Data Analyst - forecasting (Knoxville, TN)

Greenridge Forge Facilities is a facilities company in Knoxville with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on contractor visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
