Data Analyst - forecasting (Knoxville, TN)

Lumen Bridge Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Knoxville area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in customer tickets and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on network equipment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
