Data Analyst - forecasting (Knoxville, TN)

Cedar Ashton Hospitality is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in guest bookings and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
