Data Analyst - forecasting (Jacksonville, FL)

Westbrook River Property Management manages apartment communities around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
