Data Analyst - forecasting (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Oak Legal Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in trust accounts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on intake forms. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
