Data Analyst - forecasting (Jacksonville, FL)

Harborlight Field Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Jacksonville producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in batch records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on quality documentation. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
