Data Analyst - forecasting (Indianapolis, IN)

Lumen Ridge Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Indianapolis, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in classroom supplies and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
