Data Analyst - forecasting (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Harbor Farms and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in packing house output and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
