Data Analyst - forecasting (Honolulu, HI)

Highbridge Oak Health provides primary and specialty care in Honolulu, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient education. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
