Data Analyst - forecasting (Hartford, CT)

Silverline Loom Pharma is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in clinical studies and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on quality documentation. • Python or R for analysis.
