Data Analyst - forecasting (Hartford, CT)

Ironwood Mill Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
