Data Analyst - forecasting (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in collection routes and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
